Lynn has been a cornerstone of The Karma Group almost since the early days. After originally joining the agency as an Account Executive, she has since served in several different capacities enroute to her current position as Principal, President, and CEO.
Her career started on the client side of marketing where she worked for Fort Howard Corporation (now part of Georgia Pacific). To this day, Lynn’s roots run deep as she continues to empathize with the challenges, pressures, and competitive dynamics faced by our clients. She has made a strong point of ensuring The Karma Group has a reputation for delivering extraordinary client service along with excellent creative and highly effective media.
Along the way, Lynn has led campaign efforts for several Kimberly-Clark brands (KLEENEX®, COTTONELLE®, HUGGIES®, SCOTT®, VIVA®), Oshkosh Defense, and Good Humor-Breyers among many others. She is very well versed in the nuances of B2C and B2B marketing models, as well as communications specific to military, investor, and employee audiences.
Lynn became The Karma Group’s sole principal in 2021. She is now working diligently to nurture and mentor the next generation of leadership. If you’d like to talk to Lynn about something other than business, ask her about travel or horses.
