Mel Spencer, Account Executive

Mel’s natural mindset is expansive. She avoids narrow ruts and overly trodden paths. Instead, she thrives on the power of “and”, finding new connections and convergences to help create a whole that is so much greater than the sum of its parts. When managing external brand impact and internal human relationships, Mel brings both thoughtful vision and tactical discipline to her work as an Account Executive. To be effective, Mel believes marketing and advertising must be rooted in authenticity. It needs to be true to the brand, culturally astute, and in service to results-focused strategies. Overall, she believes the work we do should be a force for good that tells stories deserving to be heard.

Favorite Story

While serving as Project Manager on the Pilot Travel Centers rebrand, Mel was responsible for three workstreams including an identify refresh which earned Ad Age’s Best Rebrand award.
